WHAT TO DO

So firstly you will need to buy some fruitbat pouches, these are easily bought from the Grand Exchange. You will also need to buy summoning potions and fruitfall scrolls from the Grand Exchange as well. If you have enough money in game to buy about 1000 fruitfall scrolls, 3 fruitbat pouches and 30-35 summoning potions you will profit more per hour but if not that is ok you will make decent money either way.

                   Familiar/pouch/scroll look.

So each pouch from what I have experienced you will be able to do 200-300 fruitfall specials with your familiar. To use the special from your familiar you will need to open follower details on the summoning icon up on your minimap area. You now need to summon your familiar and get out all your scrolls as well as 1 summoning potion per inventory. I personally picked up all fruits and withdrew from my familiar before it disappeared but that only increased my money per hour buy 100k or so. 

Lastly you will need to find a place with a bank close by the area you are going to use this method i suggest using the Edgeville bank as it has several openings which you could walk out from and use the method. So now you have your area picked out make sure you have a square of 3*3 so basically you stand in the middle and have a space to each side of you. 

Once you are in your spot with the space and have your familiar you will have 45 minutes with each pouch you can start using the special and collecting the fruit. Only fruit you will need to pick up is the papaya fruit which sells between 2800-3500gp each from what i have gathered doing this method of money making. 

PROFITS

From doing this method myself i have found that i was able to make around 2,300,000-3,200,000gp an hour all depending on how efficient i was doing it. If you are 100% efficient you should make around 2,800,000gp or more an hour using this method. I used this method for about 5 hours just a few days ago with today being 1/23/2015 so it is subject to change in the future.
