Contents: (What my prices are based on, you can use the calculator with your own!)

Cowhides.  Price: 307  / Leather Price: 412  / Hard Leather Price: 473

Green Dragonhide. Price: 1,626  / Green Dragon Leather Price: 2,049

Red Dragonhide.  Price: 2,236  / Blue Dragon Leather Price: 2,869

Blue Dragonhide.  Price: 3,204  / Blue Dragon Leather Price: 2,689

Black Dragonhide.  Price: 4,481  / Black Dragon Leather Price: 3,748

Royal Dragonhide.  Price: 5,365  / Royal Dragon Leather Price: 5,818

These prices are subject to change, so use your current prices, and do your own math, with my equations!

To calculate the amount of money you will make per tan: (Price of Leather) - (Price of Dragonhide) + (Cost per Tan) = (Profit per each)

To calculate the amount of money you will make per inventory: (Profit per each) x (Amount of Inventory Space - 27 with cash stack) = (Profit Per Inventroy)

To calculate the amount of money you can make per hour: (Profit per each) x (2750*) = (Profit per Hour)

*NOTE: You might not be able to do 2750, yet you might be able to do much more, this all depends on your personal speed. Do a real test before you calculate accurately, 2750 seems to be the median, and a good speed if you don't use and potions, and at 1 agility, as well as no resting.

These equations work with RS2 Tanning! Just add your own prices in!

Running Cowhides is honestly no fun. I have done it before, and really it just doesn't give me the satisfaction like getting a good drop from a boss does. But what it does do is make money, and it makes money now. You need not any special stats, or skills, you don't even need to do any quests. What is required is some starting cash. This can be 20k all the way to 2m, the more the lest time you have to spend going to the Grand Exchange and selling your leather, and buying new hides. The prices I will be talking about will be accurate to a point. You should calculate your own prices, just to make sure you make the amount of money you want to make.

Running cowhides, you can do free to play. Just run over to Al Kharid and talk the tanner located next to the furnace. This is where you want to run the hides, even on members. You can make upto 2,912 GP per inventory and around 300K GP per hour! Hard leather instead of normal leather is a good idea. you make 162 gp each, and 4,536 per inventory! This makes around 450k per hour!

Most dragonhide to dragon leather make money, but some don't for example the black and blue. This is no biggie. You have other choices. Before you do any Dragonhide tanning, I recommend having around 2m gp, so you can buy in bulk. Green dragon hides make a hefty 323 GP per tan. That equates to 9k per inventory and just under 900k per hour!

Thankfully, Green dragonhides are plentiful. The Royal Dragonhides are not so much, but they do make much more money, if you can buy them at a good price. Royal dragonhides make just under 1M an hour, at 355 each.

Right in between in the ability to get is the Red dragonhide, that make much more money than either, Green or Royal. They do 1.5m per hour, if you try. At 533 gp per hide, it doesn't get much better than 14.9k per inventory!

Weather you have 20k and want to make 300k an hour, or you have Millions and want to make 1.5M an hour, you now have the knowledge to do it. Share the article's link out to people who might need it as well!:  http://j.gs/55Qz.
